I’m looking for two horse trailers for my thoroughbred gelding. hes only about 15.3hh and not very long. He has a pretty short neck and he trailers very well. I was wondering if he could fit into a 6’7 trailer, comfortably that is, or if should just disregard trailers of that size. I’m pretty sure he would fit, but I’m worried about larger horses not being able to fit ie my sisters 16.3hh warmblood and my friends 16hh paint mare. Would 7′ be a more appropriate height?

Get his head up as high as it goes and hold it. Measure it and add 6 inches. For your case, I’d measure the largest horse and add six inches.

Right now, i’m looking for someone to help me with the Best primer and paint that’s glossy and will hold up for a long time, that you can use in cold weather… I’m in Georgia and the highs in the daytime are around the 40s. Please help ?? I’m wanting to paint it Black, and tips for painting a fiberglass top is appreciated as well ! Thanks !!

For your trailer go get some etching primer ,its very good if your trailer is chipped and a little rough and rust prevented,
also it will dry in approx 3 hours that temperature,and the its a good base for your finished gloss black, thers lots of auto paint shops out there that will help you.They can provide a thinner for colder temps that will make your gloss black dry quicker.

I want to buy a trailer for my Saturn. I’m using this trailer for extra camping equipment. I’ve heard that the bigger the tire the less likely the bearings will burn out. This will be about a 2000 mile trip. My Bro – n- Law has a small trailer that would do the job,but I worry about the high ,sustained speeds, between 60 and 75 mph,if it will burn the bearings out.

phillips maganvox 43 db antennae 29.96 at wal-mart I have one in my camper works great. Works so good I bought one for the house to watch local tv 4 months and we go back to cable

The trailer was treated in 2005. It appears to have been painted red. Where the paint has worn off there are beginning signs of decay.
Can I reapply wood treatment, and if so, what and how? Do I need to strip the paint from the wood?
Should I just paint it?

Going to travel with a tow behind travel trailer. Some campgrounds say “modem friendly”, some say “phone internet access central location” & some say “wireless instant internet access.” What does each mean & what is the best kind of computer to buy?

I’d recommend a laptop, because the “access central location” means you have to take your computer over to the office or the community hall and plug into the internet there.
The laptop would work in your trailer for the other situations.
